Mr Cao Quốc Vũ has over eight years' experience in corporate advisory work and representing clients before courts and other dispute resolution bodies. At NORIS, he provides strategic legal advice and helps clients and business partners manage risk across their operations.
His dispute resolution experience includes work at an arbitration centre and authorised representation of clients before People's Courts at various levels. He develops robust legal arguments and supports clients throughout negotiations, mediation and formal hearings.
His corporate practice focuses on legal risk management through contract review and negotiation, internal policies, land procedures and real estate transactions. He considers early risk prevention the most effective way to help businesses avoid later disputes.
He also advises artists and influencers in a fast-growing sector where formal legal arrangements are often underdeveloped. His work includes commercial collaboration agreements, protection of rights in a person's image and related legal matters.
