Ms Nguyễn Thị Phương Thảo has nearly 10 years' experience advising clients, negotiating agreements, mediating and resolving disputes. Her practice spans commercial and corporate law, employment, banking and finance, fintech and digital technology.
She has supported numerous organisations and businesses in Vietnam in protecting their interests. She previously worked at the Southern Trade Arbitration Centre (STAC) and has provided legal advice and support to major businesses including Galaxy Pay Co., Ltd. (owned by Vietjet Air), Alliex Vietnam, VietCredit Finance Company, PNJ, Thiên Vận and UrBox.

She also advises foreign-invested enterprises on the requirements, procedures and legal steps involved in increasing their capital.
