PROFESSIONAL PROFILE
Ms Vân has over 10 years' experience advising on corporate law, investment, commercial matters, technology, intellectual property, tax and governance. She helps businesses establish legal structures that meet their commercial, governance and compliance needs, from incorporation and expansion to restructuring.
As a founding member of NORIS, she is building a practice that supports businesses at every stage of their development. Alongside resolving legal issues, she helps clients put suitable legal structures, governance arrangements and risk controls in place from the outset, creating a sound basis for long-term growth.
She has advised Vietnamese and international businesses, particularly in fintech, intermediary payment services, e-commerce, technology and digital-platform business models. Her practice covers company formation, investment, internal governance, commercial contracts, intellectual property, regulatory compliance, corporate restructuring and cross-border transactions.
Having worked with businesses in rapidly changing regulatory environments, she balances legal compliance with commercial objectives and helps clients develop working practices suited to each stage of growth.
Ms Vân graduated from Ho Chi Minh City University of Law and completed a Master of Laws in the United Kingdom with distinction. Having passed the qualifying examination, she is completing the admission process to practise in England and Wales.
Her international legal education and work experience allow her to approach issues from both civil law and common law perspectives. This supports her advice on investment, cross-border transactions and businesses with international operations.
At NORIS, Ms Vân leads corporate advisory, investment and restructuring matters and develops the company's governance procedures and service standards. She believes a lawyer's role goes beyond resolving disputes and day-to-day issues: it also means helping businesses establish sound legal structures, manage risk and grow sustainably.
