What information should you provide?

- The registered office address or business location.
- The proposed business activities and capital, and details of those involved in setting up the business.
- Your contact details so NORIS can take forward the application.

What does NORIS handle?
- Advising on the business structure, reviewing the information and drafting the application.
- Guiding you through signing, filing and following up the application within the authorised scope.
- Discussing any requests for additional information from the registration authority and collecting the results.
- Arranging publication of company registration details for companies.

What will you receive?
You receive an Enterprise Registration Certificate or a Household Business Registration Certificate, depending on your chosen business structure.
The Economy package does not include company seals, digital signatures, assistance with opening a bank account or initial tax filings. For additional support as you start operating, explore our company formation packages.

Do I need to visit the NORIS office?
No. NORIS guides you through providing information, signing and sending documents remotely, so you do not need to visit our office.
Can I amend information after sending it to NORIS?
Please let us know as soon as you need to make an amendment. NORIS will check the application's progress and discuss how to handle the amendment before making any changes.
How do I pay for the service?
